A total solar eclipse is scheduled for March 29th but unless you happen to be in Brazil (where the show will start)or Ghana followed by Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Niger, Chad, Libya, Egypt, and finally Turkey you are going to miss it -- that is, unless you care to "tune in" to a live Webcast sponsored by the San Francisco Exploratorium.

The Webcast will provide views from three locations: Libya, Ghana, and a 2nd-century outdoor Roman theater in Side, Turkey.

Tune in at 2:00 a.m. Pacific Time and kick back for totality at 2:55 a.m. The event will include both white light and H-Alpha filter views.

If this event is a little early for you, the show will be archived on the Exploratorium's site.
